Christmas Recital

​Kim's Academy of dance puts on a Christmas recital before we close for Christmas break.  It is usually very near to when the schools close.  This is a perfect opportunity for parents, friends and family to see just what the dancers have been working on and what progress has been made.

 

This recital runs about one hour and all routines are to a Christmas song.  Costumes are fun, but not extravagant, so as to keep costs down.

 

It is a great way to get into the Christmas spririt!

Year End Recital

 

We hold our year end Recital in May. The dancers work so hard all year long and by now are so very excited to show their friends and family everything they have learned.

 

With the beautiful costumes and lights on the stage and all the practices, you will surely be impressed with your dancer as they give it their all!

 

 

Competitions

​We do offer competitve dancing, and as a result these dancers do participate in different comepetitions thoughout the year.  Recently we have offered more classes/students the opportunity to participate in some of these competitions, which has been well received.  These are not mandatory for recreational dancers...however, dancers, parents and friends are welcome to come watch and support their fellow dancers.
